One of my favorite things in the world is Lox n' a bagel. Lox aka smoked salmon yummm. The best.I believe that the secret to a successful smoked salmon bagel is a good, fatty cream cheese, big slice of tomato, cucumber, onion, green onion, little bit of crumbled up eggs, dill and s&p.... sums it up.

Lox'n Bagels are my go-to room service item with breakfasts- if you wanna go all out and it is available-onion bagel it up.

sooo, I went to breakfast at a little cafe inside the Bloomingdales in Chicago on this Saturday morning, went for the salmon bagel cause hey why not? Wasn't in the mood for hearty eggs or the calories of pancakes or french toast (as if a bagel is any different...) But, I was given something sent down from heaven......

(totally worth the $16 it was.)

The only thing better looking than the platter for my salmon bagel was the adorable waiter who served it to me.... ahhh the relationship between waiters and patrons <3
